I'm happy to share the maker files for the PwnCNC MagLock (patent pending) system created in 4.0". (find 2.5" here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4838309)
These files should all be printed in PETG for the best experience... and the 4.0" is best suited to cabinet saws and other larger shop tools.
The MagLock Rings have (6) 6x4mm disk magnets embedded into them with alternating polarity. This means they'll easily snap together and hold your hoses or attachments together.
You can find the required magnets here: https://pwncnc.com/purchase/ols/products/maglock-ring-make
Each part included here will need a MagLock Ring glued to it. The best material is simply super glue. It has the needed bonding ability for PETG and will work out well.
Not sure you'd want to go this far, but I use an Arbor press to push in the magnets and ensure they're in the correct polarity orientation... remember "alternating polarity"... very important!
If you'd rather purchase the completed products.. here are the links:

SawStop Adapter: https://pwncnc.com/purchase/ols/products/maglock-sawstop-adapter
Modification... Updated the 4" round so it could be used to merge two 4" hoses together. The MagLock Ring can be glued in one of two different places to create a male and female adapter.
