How can you improve an already boot extension adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4641078)... by adding features of course.
Added a 45deg receiver part to go along with the 90deg receiver part.
No longer need to glue, now they screw together
Now you can screw extension together in 3 different configurations... 1", 2", or 3" extension.
You no longer need to guess which length extension is right for you... simply screw one set together.. if it's wrong, unscrew and screw in a longer collar... or even screw the collars together for a 4".
