This is compatible with the Raspberry Pi Zero/Zero W with the "Stem" by zerostem.io - a PCB shim that turns it into a dongle.
The screen used is the 2.13inch E-Ink display HAT for Raspberry Pi
It was modelled using Fusion 360. The sources are included in the case someone wants to hack around with it.
Design was influenced by this amazing case Raspberry Pi Zero Stem Case v2.1 by Scriptwerx
Notes:
Make sure you push the screen down on the pegs before attaching the lid
You can use some blu tack or hot glue to be 100% sure that the lid won't come off
