Puzzle of Evil - 2 Part Hinge by jweaver

The original "Puzzle of Evil" had a print in place hinge.. I had no problem printing it, but the hinge was very stiff and crunchy. Reading the comments, most people struggled.
So I redesigned the hinge so that this prints in 2 parts and is assembled using some 1/4" rod (6.5mm) that I had spare.
I printed with supports which filled the holes. After removing them, I reemed it out with a 6mm and then 6.5mm drill.. The pin them fits through perfectly and I secured either end with a squirt of superglue.
Works much better than the original print in place design.
