This is a modular version of Josef's Y axis belt holder.
I decided to design this one to make unmounting the heat bed easier in case of possible PEI sheet replacement (http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/Replacing+the+PEI+sheet/133#_ga=1.105576833.343745215.1487835015).
By using this belt holder it's not necessary to loosen the screws, the heat bed is mounted to it's frame, but only remove the tension of the Y belt and simply pick the modular belt holder to pieces.
In addition if you decide to use MartinMajewski's great "Y-Frame Assembly Helper" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1846654) it's easier to install the Y belt form the top with the heat bed installed later using that modular holder.
I printed both parts in different colours for better visibility
