UPDATE 24-Jan-2019: If you prefer just the bed, user M600 has made that STL and has posted it to the comments here. Thanks M600! May your color changes always be blob free!
I used Jonathan Kayne's fantastic model and exported an STL to use in my slicer.
The instructions for loading this model into your Simplify3D profiles are attached as a text file. I originally had them typed here, but apparently the text on these pages uses MarkDown and it was choking on the carat symbols in the instructions.

I'm sorry, do not know the process for adding this to other slicers, but it is likely possible.
