This is a work in progress!

It is designed for "china clones" of the Arduino mega 2560 so originals may not fit.
This housing is for a arduino mega/ramps on a classical Prusa i3 frame with the stabilizing plate on backside.
It includes holes for cable fixture with zipties and different outgoing holes for them.
There are includet support wich can burst out or not (to cover the holes) after print.
It has also a tiny mounting place for a "MP1584EN" Stepdown modul to power the Arduino mega (you have to dismantle the AMS1117).
You also have to change the power ports from ramps and Arduino mega to "pcb terminal screws".
I decidet to set the high from the housing to ca. 80 mm (to mout up some "steppsickdriver protector diodes") so the housing has to mount up 20 mm apart from the mainframe as you can see on the pictures otherwise the X-stepper will collide with the housing.
I choose a 80 mm fan to cool the whole housings (especialy the steppstick drivers).
To cover the fan I prefer a "metall fan grill" because it let's the air pass well, is stable and silent (and I have many of them laying around ...) .
But for shure you can print your own if you want. The mosfet housing should placed right next to the ramps/arduino housing to make shure the air from fan goes through it.
If you don't need the mosfet housing you only have to print the ramps/arduino mega housing.
I use hotglue to fix the nuts in the holes.
You will also need:

M3 screws and nuts (to mount the top, fan and electronics)

M3 to M5 countersunk screws and nuts
(depends on your choise to mount the housing to the Prusa i3 frame)

some zipties (to fix the cables)

Steppdown modul "MP1584EN"

pcb terminal screws

80 mm fan grill
