Update: Be carefull with the screws not to crack the braces!
Slightly widening the holes could be neccessary!
A brace for the right side of the Y-Axis.
I noticed that I could wiggle my bed a little and made this thing which basically
is based on thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1848700 (Thank You for that!) but completly built from scratch.
For the right brace take one of those bearings and cut it in the middle and
use sanding paper or whatever to shorten both halves about 1mm.
(No room for complete ones due to shape of the frame)
It provides much better guidance then just one bearing.
Beware, espacially with new bearings you will have some friction at the start
and the printers self test most probably will fail.
Honestly, for that heavy duty high acceleration test to pass you really need a very loose bed.
No matter what, I take it, once you print those accessories your printer is already set up well and the self test not neccessary, anymore.
Put it in high power mode for the XYZ cal. and do some 1-3 prints (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1919441)
for the bearings and rods work themselves in.
Print orientation for the braces as in the picture.
Made with PETG from these guys https://www.3dpsp.de/ as all my other printer parts.
No drooping or degrading at all....
This stuff turned out to be quite fine to process.
It is quite sturdy, no problems with adhesion at all.
And really nice and brilliant colours for a reasonable price.
