Made a printable PerfBoard for a Proximity sensor according to these schematics from Mr.Dennis Brown. Is compatible with all controller boards: http://rigidtalk.com/wiki/index.php?title=Proximity_Sensor
Printed at .14mm layer, 100% infill.
PS: Unless your printer is very accurately calibrated you might need a ~1mm drillbit to clear the holes.
Tried to make it as space efficient as possible. LM8UU Sized Drylin bushing for size comparison in one of the pictures.
NB: Wiring in picture is wrong, tried it on my own printer today and I misread the PC817. Schematic is correct, I just read it wrong. So don't follow pictures for wiring. Will update with new wiring and possibly new PerfBoard.
If you want to make your own you need:
2.54mm Terminal Block 3-pin 1x
2.54mm Terminal Block 2-pin 1x
Optocoupler PC817 1x
4k7 resistor 1x
1N4148 diode 1x
Perf. Board 1x
