I have updated the files reducing both print time and filament using by 15 to 20%
Prints in vase mode with a 1.2mm nozzle in under 30 minutes. or with a 0.4mm nozzle in just over 30 minutes. Plastic consumption 27g to 32g
THICK version is for 0.8 to 1.2mm nozzles. up your extrusion multiplier to get around 1.2mm effective extrusion. there are no overhands. so 1.5 for 0.8mm and 1.2 for 1.0mm
225c at 30mm/s to 35mm/s should work fine 0.6mm layer height.
Printers with a 0.4mm nozzle. set your extrusion to 2.5x!! this gets you to 1mm or close to that. use the "THIN" file (it has cut outs to reinforce it structurally) print at 20 to 30mm/s (depends on printer and filament) and 235c on the nozzle! yes HOT (gcode file included for 0.4mm printers 200x200 or larger print bed.
All you need is 3 binder clips and rubber/elastic for the rear to hold it on. no special tools or functions. the front arc is "thicker" at the top than the bottoms so the binder clips stay put and don't slide off easily and being steal they can be sanitized
