UPDATE
The result of Project BioLab-MYCO had been published! (SCI-E, IF 2.0)
Kim, Kyukwang, et al. "A Low Cost/Low Power Open Source Sensor System for Automated Tuberculosis Drug Susceptibility Testing." Sensors 16.6 (2016): 942.
Project BioLab-MYCO is the project dedicated to develop an affordable automatic device for DST (Drug Sensitivity Test) of Tuberculosis. Based on NRA (Nitrate Reductase Assay) method, it detects the growth of mycobacteria. Using Arduino, this provides very affordable and convenient automatic diagnosis method to be used in developing nations.

Motor holder, Linear servo linker, Color sensor holder and Ogawa medium holder, which are printed via 3D printer (Makerbot Replicator 2X) are presented here.
