It's a simple Prison Block Scene with 120 cells. I used some mirror and array modifier to small down the size and make it easier to edit all cells with the origin cell. It's unwrapped but awfull stretched just to apply some basic textures to give it an idea how it could look like.82.261 faces (all quads).
