PrintrBot Guide Washers by dataman

After doing the XL upgrade, my X axis started slipping regularly on large prints. It was frustrating to reset the x belt only to have it slip off again. I noticed that the belt swam as it traveled the full xl length.
That's when I thought up Guide Washers. If only the front washer on the guide bearings was a bit bigger. That would keep the belt from slipping off.
I hope Printbot sees this and incorporates this modification in the Simple.
This one is dedicated to my partner and friend, Tux Kitty. Believe it or not, this cat helps me with every crazy project I do.
