Why did I choose this method of 3D printing?
Well this is the answer and some info about printers:

Parts were printed on two types of printers.
Smaller parts were printed with Goya3D. Those printers are Ultimakers look like but improved by precision, speed and reliability.
Larger parts are printed by Dragon printer from same manufacturer in Croatia Darko Strojevi (Darko Machines). This printer can print objects up to 1.1 m x 1m x 0.8 m. It has 3 full bridges each with 2 double heads. Software can divide big objects into 3 parts and 3 bridges can print large object simultaneously.
This printer is first in the DRAGON family which will have range of printers from 500 x 500 x 500 mm to 2000 x 2000 x 2000 mm in working area in increments of 200 mm.
Printers in this family are almost identical to Esher project printer.
DRAGON family of printer are meant to be all in one/hybrid printers which will have complete list of functionality and work with variety of materials: here is planed list which all are currently in development: 3 ax CNC with up to 2.2 KW spindle, 5 ax CNC with up to 2.2 KW, multiple pick and place functionality, clay, chocolate, fiber laser, scanner, welding, seam tracking…..

We are planning to present this printer in all media within couple of weeks and go to Kick Starter within 3 months, but before this we will visit all major players in 3D printing to seek partnership opportunities.
