Precision Piezo Orion top plate for Bondtech LGX by LogicalToby

Was looking at how to modify the Bondtech LGX hotend bit to bolt to the Precision Piezo Orion screwtop plate and then realised it could all be the one part so I removed unneeded holes from both and combined them, it may not be the best sollution as it can't print flat in any orientation and is going to need support in some annoying places but I like it being one part. I may make some adjustments to make it easier to print but I want to try it as is first.
I'll update this when I have printed and tried it out.
