This mount may be precisely adjusted with screwdriver.
You will need:
M4x25 countersunk screw with nut for adjustment lift
A pair of M3x12 screws with nuts for mount clamp
A pair of M3x8 countersunk screws with nuts to fix BLTouch on mount
Sketchup source with different mount versions included.
