After designing the other PowerBlock a friend of mine wanted one that had a divider between the two posts to stop any potential arcing between the two posts (he has 12VDC Pos on one side and 12VDC Neg on the other). I redid the original design spacing out the two bonding posts more and adding a dividing wall (anti-arc) between the two posts.
Below is the link to the other PowerBlock and also the same info that applies to this one.

I designed it in 123D Design and after printing it I went and bought some 1/4" stainless steel hardware (1/4" X 3/4" bolts, small 1/4" flat washers, 1/4" nuts). I pushed them in and then held the bolt in place with a nut, I then used 5 min epoxy to fill in the space behind the bolt head. This not only holds the bolt in place but it also electrically insulates the bolt from any metal it may be attached to. The bolt is a snug fit so there will not be any twisting of it inside the printed plastic.
