Hello everybody!
This is a reduce system with 4.5:1. It have metal part and work in the metall mill.
Ball screw is 1605 and 42byghw609 up to 4.0 KgCm motor. This mechanism multiplies the power of motor in 4.5 ones and do power on shaft about 18.0 KgCm or more for over motor in nema 17 series. If you need low speed CNC motion, you can do this reductor. For 1605 ball screw I have 180 motor`s steps per mm.
If you put 42byghw611 Nema motor you can have 4.8 KgCm * 4.5 = 21,6 KgCm on output staft.
The sun gear teeth is 8.
Satellite gear teeth is 10.
Gear printed ABS plastic.
Reductor used 2 ball bearing 607. Both bearing press in the mount and put down on the output staft.
All gears-wheels place on mount with the small metal cylinder. Cylinder size: 4 mm radius, inner screw m4 and height 6-6.5 mm. You need processing 3 cylinder. Cylinder input in the satellite gear and screwed in mount. See the photo.
The staft you need processing on the lathe. You can do cylinder 7 mm diametеr and long about 35 mm. After then you welding or soldering staft on the metal sheet 2 mm and cutting ring 22-23 mm radius. After then you drill 6 holes 4 mm diameter on the 19.5 mm radius from staft. This is ring you putdown to the screw on the plastic mount.
After then you have metal staft on the mount like on the photo.
