This is a dual panel meter mount for the quad readout panel meters from amazon (and probably other places). The one I purchased is:

This panel mount fits two of these meters. I used one for charge and one for discharge of my battery bank on my RV. My first design was the flat plate, which worked well except I had it installed low near the floor and could not read the meters without getting on the floor. Second version is tilted up 30deg for a better viewing angle.
Cutouts for the each panel meter are 3.35"x1.77"
Overall length and width: 5.3"x6.3"
