My marble dispenser broke so I decided to build a new one in 3D. As I was building it I heard good things about the expansion so I bought it. This was not a good idea... don't get me wrong the expansion is great but it all would not fit in the box cleanly so out came the calipers again. What you see is the result of a lot of hours of measuring and Tinkering.
You can print the dispenser fully if you have a print bed of at least 264mm otherwise you need to print the 2 separate front and back pieces. I have designed them to snap together cleanly with out needing any glue to hold them together.
The potion holders I did not design. I found them on Board Game Geek and they worked perfectly for my needs so I used them. I do not have rights to them so can not include them in the build but you can find them here: https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/157448/3d-printable-trays-potions-base-expansion .
I felt the new white marbles should go into something fun so I decided to make a cauldron for them. I could not come up with a design that I liked that had a lid that stayed on. My friend offered to help and built me a great one that you can find here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2804537 . I modified it to fill most of the box so it won't move around when put on the side and so that all the marbles would fit inside.
My first design of the dispenser had much higher internal walls so it was tough to get them out with thicker fingers. I designed the Spell Spoons. They are no longer necessary but could still be fun. I used the back half of this wand: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1069671 and built myself a spoon front.
I have designed a notch on the token box as well as the marble box so that the player boards will fit in cleanly. Please reference the photos to see exactly how everything should be laid out.
Some things need supports and some don't. Just pay attention in your slicer to see what it thinks is needed.
I hope this makes your gaming experience a little bit better!
