The home of Ipswich Town f.c and the club I have supported all my life. It was first built in 1888 when Ipswich was a very different place. The cobbold stand is the stand on the right with the Yellow glass- it is the oldest remaining stand at Portman Road. The stand which the rear is only visible is the Greene King (Brewers;beer. This was built quite recently but isn't brand new. The Britannia stand is the far stand with the black roof and is where the boxes are. The North stand is the newest stand with its spectacular roof and walkway. The capacity of Portman Road is 30, 300 seats.
