Portable solar charger

In this day in age, most people own a cell phone or some type of electronic device that they carry with them wherever they go. However, not everyone has an easily accessible way to charge these devices once they run out of battery. My innovation could solve this problem by using a solar panel as a source of electricity that can be Velcroed/strapped around your shoulder or backpack. The device would about 5 inches long, 2 inches wide, and half an inch thick. It would contain 2 or 3 USB ports that can all be used at the same time. It would come in multiple different colors in order for it to match your clothing since it would be worn around the shoulder/arm. It would be flexible in order to be comfortable as possible. The bottom of the device would be padded. It would also contain an energy storage battery inside in order to still be somewhat effective when the sun isn’t shining. This backup battery could also be charged overnight simply by plugging the device in. Overall, this innovation would allow for people to have access to their phone or laptop for a longer period of time when traveling outside.
