UPDATE 03.08.2018:
To carry the player, I have added a holder part and so you should print the relevant case_body, lid parts to make your player more portable ;) You will need m3x4x3 brass inserts to assemble the whole body.

Printing:
Case needs support to print. Layer height is up to you. I have printed with PLA.
Battery Pack:

My cable connections
One rocker switch powers the mp3 player and the step down converter (so the amplifier). Other switch powers the USB charger and voltmeter.
