This is a portable air conditioner prototype I designed that uses ice inside with air supplied from a 120mm fan at the rear. The cool air is then vented out the top through the vents. A drain pan collects water that has melted from the ice.
(Update: I've included another drain pan with a built-in drain for attaching to a hose and updated the original drain pan to be a little deeper. There's also a fan support piece of you're using a large, heavy 120mm fan).
