3D printed Pop Maker! Compatible with popular C02 tanks and bottles!
Bottles and C02 Tank available at major stores like Walmart and can be refilled.
This design was made with the same core concepts as other pop makers for safety and reliability
The safety valves ensures 20 PSI max pressure so injury is not possible.
If you hold the button forever, the excess gas will escape from those valves. This wastes gas but ensures safety.
I have tested this design extensively and use it daily.
Required to build:
Three 10mm M3 bolts, one 20mm M3 bolt
6mm steel ball
0.8mm nozzle same as for 3D printers
2 different size O-rings (print in TPU or can buy)
a special O ring printed in TPU for the lip of the bottle
a pin (releases gas from tank) that needs to be printed in resin
2 extruder springs

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
best filament you can find like PLA850, print slow 30mm/s, 240C, 70C bed, 0.25 layer, 6 walls top/bot and 6 perims. Must be air tight to work or it will leak air and just not work. These setting are crucial to making it able to accept 20psi pressure.
