If you don't have V1.4 file, download and replace the original. After printing and installing the hinge pin tabs were slightly off. This update fixes the issue.
This plate replaces the hinged dry box door in the dash and is sized to fit the Infinity PVR models of marine audio units.
I made this for a RZR 1000 XP, and an Infinity PVR250 stereo, but the same box is used in other years and those who have added the stock Polaris double din dry box on older RZR models.
Remove the box from the dash, push out the 2 plastic hinge pins and remove the door. Replace the door with this face plate. Reinstall the 2 plastic pins through the tabs. Drill 2 small holes in the top edge of the box and secure (into the new panels extrusion with small sheet metal screws to secure the unit to box. Restall the box and you have a neat, cleanly mounted in-dash stereo. Use a color that coordinates with your RZR paint or make it black like the dash.
