Plaster anchor, sold for 20 cents a pop in electrical wholesalers. can print for free.
may need to tap a thread in them as I only use a basic cad that doesn't have the option to put a thread. will in future make a file with 20 or more of them in each file.
made a print & needed to set the bed temp 75, nozzle temp 245 & flow 110. make sure the the wings are face up, as it needs to be rotated on cura. medium quality print 100% solid
I didn't include a thread in design as thus limits your choice of screws, just on slow pre run the screw & this will make a thread.
