Just a pizza cutter made from an old HDD. The disk itself in HDDs is usually made from a cobalt alloy, making them suitable for handling food.
If you believe that it is not made from a safe material do not use it.
This is from a 3.5" disk and it has a diameter of 95mm
The threads should work for most printers (I have increased the clearances).
I have included the .stp files in case someone wants to change something.
It is made so it can be completely disassembled for washing.
Assembly directions: Place disk on main body, tighten the nut, undo 1/8 of a turn. Ready!
