This is essentially a super cheap morse ham 40 m band ham transceiver. Only needs an earplug and a suitable length of wire for antenna.
Note that there are many Pixie variants. This one is for the PCB show here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:870586 and versions other than exactly the one shown will probably not fit.
The morse key is built around a microswitch. The size of the microswitch is fully configurable. You may run the customizer to configure your own. I used a tiny one sourced from a Logitech mouse, but you may prefer to use one that is a bit larger with a bit more travel.
After building, the morse key will probably need some cleaning up at its nose, to ensure full travel and avoid interference with the case. Having ensured good travel, lock the key in place using the lock ring. For the case parts, a brim support may be useful to prevent warping (depending on the build platform).
