Pixel 2 Case tweaked

I've tweaked this pixel 2 case to fix some issues I encountered over months of use.
Reinforced the weakest spot, between the power & volume buttons. This spot eventually snapped in every copy of the original that I used.
Eliminated a bridge near the camera hole on the 2nd layer.
Moved a microphone hole 1mm to get it more centered.
I recommend using Prusa Slicer's support enforcers to place support only in the 3 cutouts (volume, power, usb).
I would print the 1st layer very hot, to get a smooth surface finish.
I use PETG, although any material should work with varying strength.
