I had printed some of the ear savers that are currently popular on Thingiverse. I thought they worked well, but they hold the mask low on my neck (as a guy I don't have a ponytail or anything to hold the ear saver up). The mask would always fall off when I was talking to patients. This design keeps the mask up and doesn't move when I'm talking
This prints as one piece and swivels so that the mask is held higher.
I printed this with PLA and NO supports.
Update: Ear saver v9.0 is a bit thinner and lighter. It should also more consistently print the pivot correctly, but it may not scale to smaller sizes very well in your print slicer.
