I got aggravated at fighting and loosing multiple circlips when installing them on my Stihl MS360 chainsaw. The Stihl OEM tool is about 80 bucks which I'm sure works amazingly, but it's expensive for use very rarely. No other manufacturer is making an installation tool for these small pistons.
Using this tool I was able to install said circlips on the piston face while said face was pointing away from me without any issues.
The file included is for 10mm circlips, it is easily adaptable for different sizes. I downsized the the tube by .2mm and then the rod another .2mm for a hassle free fit.
