This is a remix/remodel of werner182's Pirs model. Full credit goes to them as it is an excellent model that I have built on. I have added some other parts and have adjusted the scale to give it a more realistic look. The reason I have picked Pirs from all of the ISS modules is because it is probably the cutest/coolest module on the station.

Pirs (Russian: Пирс, meaning "pier") – also called Stykovochny Otsek 1 (SO-1) (Russian: Стыковочный отсек, "docking module") and DC-1 (docking compartment) – is a Russian module on the International Space Station (ISS). Pirs was launched on 14 September 2001, and is located on the Zvezda module of the station. It provides the ISS with one docking port for Soyuz and Progress spacecraft, and allows egress and ingress for spacewalks by cosmonauts using Russian Orlan space suits.

This is the model itself.

The Pirs module is now being decommissioned by the Russian space agency and is due to be destroyed through atmospheric entry in 2020/2021. As a memorial to my favourite little docking adapter/airlock/cargo hold I have made a memorial plaque that the model can slot into. RIP Pirs....
I have spent quite a while on this project so if you like it please let me know and I will make more of this type of thing.
