This is a model that I designed a while ago, before having a 3D printer, I have seen some people here that have CNC Router, so maybe they will find it useful.
The model is designed to be cut in 0.4 plastic sheet, the openings on the pieces have this dimension, so if you want to cut it on a thicker material you will have to scale the model up, at this scale (1/64) is a really challenging cut, I used a 1/64 2 flutes flat milling bit to cut it on my Zentoolworks 7x7, it took about an hour to cut.
I have attached the .dwg file with all the flat pieces and a .obj model of the completed model.
