This is a drilling template for pinewood derby car blocks. Drilling using a #44 bit is better than using the standard cut slots, which make alignment of the wheels difficult to make and maintain. With this template, you don't have to worry about making mistakes in where the holes are drilled.
There are holes for the standard positions, as well as for an extended wheelbase. Just insert the block, drill and remove.
On my print the block fits pretty snugly. Depending on your printer you may need to sand the inside a little.
The v2 file has wider sides around the holes, which can help with drilling straight.
v3 extends the inner dimensions by 1/64". This can compensate for a slightly large block or variations in printers. Thanks to heatvent (https://www.thingiverse.com/heatvent) for the suggestion.
v4 adds a hole in the middle which reduces the amount of material needed, and allows for pushing tight blocks out from the bottom.
