This is a remix of remothemans pinephone backcover with opening and sliding door. I removed the holes of the speaker in order to „calm the stringing down“. I included a blender file where it is easy to change sizes and positions of openings and buttons. They are put into collections: additions, subtractions and backup. You can also change the roundness of the case by changing the modifier:
Bevel.bottomRound. If you know your way around in Blender, it should be self explanatory. If not, I hope the stl files work for you as is. If you export the case from blender to stl remember to check “selection only”.
I used TPU D58 and printed an 8mm raft for stickiness on my glasbed. (if the print does not stick well, it will not fit. The tpu raft peels off very easily).
To build in the buttons was a hack: be aware: in order to get them working, you will have to bend the side of the buttons away from the phone-buttons, so there will be almost a break on the side of the print. If you don’t do this, the on/off button will keep pressing and do "all kinds of stuff". After the bending they will work fine.
This version changes the look and feel of the pine phone, which I got used to. The main reason for doing this, was to get easy access to the dip-switches. Secondly: if you want to change the sdcards often, this print will come off much easier than the original cover and save that from breaking ;)
