PINE A64-LTS case by mkusr1

This is a case for the A64-LTS board. It was slightly modified from the PINE A64 / A64+ computer case. I have tested this with v1.2 of the board.
The A64-LTS board is slightly different than that A64 in that it has the microSD card slot on the bottom (top has the eMMC slot), the microUSB power has been replaced w/ a small barrel jack, and there are a couple switches and LEDs.
I added a small window to allow a console cable to be plugged into the EXP header. I removed the pine logo from the bottom as the -LTS does not have any components on the bottom, and I didn't want that much exposure on the case. I also expanded the holes to 4mm diameter, which makes M3 bolts go through easily w/o having to drill them out.
It is likely that you can use a stand from the original, but I have not tried it.
