This is my first design - a little box to replace the back of the Pimoroni Pirate Radio: https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/pirate-radio-pi-zero-w-project-kit
It is still far from HiFi, but (in my opinion) the radio sounds at least a bit better with this.
Print:
Print upside down (speaker hole located on the heat bed)
Assembly:
Remove the stand, backplates and the speaker
Put the nuts into the box's nut holes, fix them with tape (so they don't fall out before tightening the screws)
Put the speaker in/on the box with the cable coming out the side hole
Mount box & speaker on the radio
Update 2017-08-19: Increased size of screw/nut holes
Update 2017-08-21: Moved nut hole further to the front (otherwise the screws are too short...)
