This is a case for a Raspberry Pi Zero. It has openings for all the ports, but not for the GPIO. There are two tops, a plain one and one with a recessed Raspberry Pi logo. There is also a logo file that you can print in a contrasting color and fit into the recess on the lid (it's a tight fit, but I managed to get it done). Finally there are 4 washers that can fit over the pins. They are a bit loose, but a drop of white glue should hold them in place sufficiently well to keep the board from wiggling around.
Note that to use a the camera, you have to have the ribbon connected before you put the board in the case. Also, you'll need tweezers to get the SD card out, but it can be done. I was guessing on the size openings for the ports. I think a mini HDMI connector will work with the opening I made. If not, let me know.
Edit - I added a stand that holds the case on end. It does cover the hdmi port, but the camera and usb ports are still accessible.
Edit: I have a desire to make variations on this case. for example, one that doesn't have slots for the camera cable or the SD card. Filling those holes in is easy, but the case is too short to fit a zero with the SD installed so the case needs to just little longer. To make this easier to put together in Tinkercad, I cut up the top and bottom to make various sub-parts that can be stuck together to make other cases.
