This is one of the preschool subjects that doesn't really need to be planned. Your young child will be incredibly active, and so exercise will happen anyway. When you do head to the park, teach them how to hop, and use a soft ball to develop their hand-eye coordination. Just stick to wildlife such as birds and butterflies, and help them to learn about the weather. Even pottering around in the garden will help them to understand the significance of science in the world we live in.
Creating strict timings for preschool subjects isn't necessary. Throughout the day, just take the activities you normally involve your child in, and give them a mathematical, scientific, or linguistic twist. Once you have covered a particular area, such as the alphabet or time, make sure you refer back to it at a later date. This will help all of the things they've learned to stick with them, helping you to move onto something more challenging.
