I wanted to make a cell phone mount for my kid's Hoverboard Scooter (called a Hover-1). This way we could record videos of him driving it around.
I used PLA with a high resolution so that the threads and locking nut would be strong.
Cell phone mount is made for a phone that was 3 Inches in width.
Edit: I used M3 screws and nuts for the brackets and I used two small rubber bands to act as shims between the two brackets. This keeps the brackets from rotating during bumps.
