This thing is a plug for covering unused threaded holes at electrical wiring equipment.

The plug with the slot fits screwdrivers having 8.5x1.5mm at the tip.
Update:
removed the early releases
added the file having the thread calculated using OpenScad
-plug flat slotted 22.6mm (perfect fit, no wiggle)
-added the OpenScad file so you can play around with it.
It is a modified file I have taken from thing 193647,
Please set the diameter to 22.5mm or 22.6mm unless you need a smaller OD.
