PEX Arch - PVC Adapter by ShinyObjects

This adapter is for 1" Sharkbite PEX to 1-1/4" Sch 40 PVC for LED Strip Arches.
I used a 1-1/4" PVC floor flange (non-threaded) with a 2" long x 1-1/4" Sch. 40 PVC.
The adapter narrows the inside diameter of the pipe to match 1" PEX.
I routed out a 1/2" deep channel in the 1x4 to allow the wire to exit the bottom of the floor flange. Alternately, you could drill a hole through the 1x4 to pass thru.
I countersunk #12 x 2" screws up from the bottom. The first set of nuts hold the bolts in place prior to adding the floor flange, plus they help keep the flange more centered on the bolts.
