a simple plate, I used some arbitrary mass flow rate in Flow Simulation Premium at inlet and environmental pressure at exit, a perforated plate in the middle, then used the pressure created by water on plate's exposed surfaces via Simulation Premium to calculate stresses and FOS which turned out to be 11 I guess...
material of plate is some Al alloy..
