Many homes have a water supply that comes in under ground. Often, there is a box that contains a water shut-off and depending on the region maybe also a meter. The lid to the box is sometimes metal and is held closed with a screw with a pentagon (not hex) head. Traditional wrenches, spanners, and sockets don't fit this. Adjustable wrenches, pliers, and channel locks also don't work as opposite a flat side is a point, so it is difficult to grab and turn.
There are specialized tools. If you need one to use often, you probably want to buy a good metal tool. If you will only need to use the tool a few times maybe a printed tool will suit your needs.
See the Misc Notes in the Print Settings for information about measuring your screw head and scaling this tool to fit.
