Peltier powered foam heater

This foam heater, unlike others, uses a peltier element to heat up the foam. This is good, becouse it makes possible to adjust the needed heating power really fast, and it can not only heat, but cool the foam, so it makes it useful in high temperatures too.
The system can be equipped with a thermal sensor, so it can use specified heating patterns (like when power up, it checks the temperature, and stets the heating to a such tempreature, that the foam will become exactly 20°C, and it shuts down the system, and reactivates only if temperature falls). Easy to mount/onmount on different guns. Easy to manufacture.
