3D printed pedals for my lowboy quad para-glider.
Pedals clamp onto the 25mm foot steering bar.
They are angled in at 7.5 degrees and a lot more comfortable than the round bar.
Two versions are provided - one flat and one with texture.
M3 screws and knurl nuts screw the pieces together.
Mine are printed in PETG with 90% fill.
Update.
I've also printed one with carbon fibre ABS. It looks good but I'm not sure if it is any better than PETG. I will try it when one of the PETG versions break.
I also printed a TPU cover. This might have slightly better grip.
The cover stretches over and snaps into place. I used a flat screwdriver bladed to lever it on.
NB - there is support material around the grove in the cover which must be removed.
Punching a hole through the support and grabbing it with pointy pliers allows it to be peeled off.
Some other elastomer may work instead of TPU.
