I found when purchasing some replacement pneumatic couplers that the bottom opening was far too large and that my filament was fouling the metal neck part making it very difficult to insert new filament. I designed this in Fusion 360 to fit into the opening and guide the filament into the neck without fouling.
Collar is 7.5mm x 5mm with a chamfered bottom edge to assist insertion into the pneumatic coupler. The hole goes from 4.5mm at the top down to 2mm at the bottom and this is perfectly suited to 1.75mm filament
Print at 0.12 detailed definition to ensure maximum accuracy. No support needed and I've been printing in PLA which has been fine.
