Have never found a solution to a small PC fan driven carbon filter, so thought I would make one myself.
I still get some parts that don't fit as snug as I would like, but I have two 'tomatoes' going and the thing works so I thought I would share it with the world during this depressing and isolated time.
Each filter has a 120mm Corsair static pressure fan on the back, drawing air through the filter and exhausting to wherever you have it.
Its attached through the Back part with some nuts & bolts (I forget the size I just had them laying about). The back has two 'wings' on it which allow the whole thing to be either clipped or pulled together with an elastic band if the print is a bit loose.
I cut out and glued a bit of carbon foam in the middle of the Front piece to stop the carbon falling out and an extra layer of filtration.
Fill the main section with with some activated carbon pellets, put it all together Back>Main>(Modular if using)> Front and you're done!
This is by no means a refined product and I'm sure some of the more clever of you will be able to remix and improve (which I'd love to see).
The idea is that its modular and you can print the modular section as many times as you need.
Seems to last a good few months as well, you'll notice when it needs refilling.
Peace x
