Working but work-in-progress solder paste extruder. This is part of the BambiPNP pick-and-place system for the Replicator 1 Dual and clones.
Design requirements were:
3d printing only (no laser cutting etc)
Good tolerance of low resolution printer
Few non-printed parts
The only non-printed parts required are:
Nema 17 stepper motor
3x 100mm M6 roofing bolts
5x M6 roofing bolt nuts
Standard 10cc syringes
It seems the nuts and bolts used are only common in the UK (although international shipping is free).
TODO:
Add carriage mount
Move stepper down so cable doesn't clash with printer case
Adjust to take an XG Z40 syringe
Adjust to use more standard 100mm M6 hex bolts?
